Teppanyaki or just plain griddle for induction?

Hi,

I have a Gaggenau Freedom induction cooktop which I LOVE. The only thing I need now is a nice, big, induction-friendly griddle or teppanyaki so I can make pancakes on it. So far I've only found one, a way expensive Bosch. Am I missing something? Thanks!

There is another very expensive Teppanyaki pan from Demeyere that is induction compatible. It is the seven layer construction but I don't know if it has the 2 mm copper core like the other flat bottomed Demeyere products. Unfortunately, it is mainly sold in Europe and so you have to buy it and ship it overseas.
