Thank you Carol. So far I haven't detected much fragrance, but I haven't checked it this year yet. Some people indicate that it is very fragrant for them. I think sometimes it takes a rose becoming more established to become fragrant. I recall for the first couple of years I had Bewitched, mine wasn't fragrant, and I was so disappointed, because I loved the blooms and it is supposed to be fragrant, it later became very fragrant. That one stands out, because I remember being very pleased that it was fragrant after all!

Yes, I still have roses that are supposed to be very fragrant - and 4 years later - still no fragrance.

Thank you Judy, seems like several varieties have bigger buds than usual, even for the spring flush. Carol while I love for roses to be fragrant, I can be a little forgiving of a rose if it is not, if it has other very good attributes, but I did detect some fragrance from my BD today that I hadn't before. It is such a good rose for me I wouldn't want to be without it, fragrant or not

Carol i would say this is one of the most fragrant roses I have. It's funny how people can smell strong scent from a rose that others cannot. I have read that Mrs BR Cant has a very strong old rose scent but I don't smell hardly a thing from her.

Looking forward to future picture of the Belinda's Dream explosion.
