My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    You may want to check out http://www.tuuci.com/product/25/single-cantilever . As I work with trade only, I recommend you contact Grant to get a quote on this piece. The cantilever is one of my most popular items (I own a dual cantilever myself!).

    It can be tailored to the specific type of anchoring best for your outdoor living space, is available in polished AL or with a wood finish, and we can make the canopy to match your color scheme as well. Hope this helps!
