I have been looking for greens that grow here in the summer. I got some good tips from some of you and have planted Malabar Spinach, I still have Swiss Chard going strong and I will be planting Amaranth, Orach, Huauzontle (Aztec Spinach) and Egyptian Spinach tomorrow.

What I would love is some lettuce that grows here in the Summer to round out my salads. In my search for hot weather lettuce, the most promising that I have found is called Jericho. It is a romaine type and originates from the deserts of Israel.

While I already ordered some seeds, I was just wondering if anyone has grown it and if so, what do you think of it?
