It depends entirely on what the shrubs are, how well established they are in their current location and how tolerant they might be to a reduced light situation.

I'm in zone 7a, and the evergreens are well-established, planted about 8 years ago.

I hope we can move them because they line my front walk, which we plan to redo soon, so they'll be toast.
