Advice needed in growing methi, mirchi, chikkudu

Hello all,

It is wonderful to see so many growing Indian vegetables. We are from Arizona, and we started a veggie garden a month ago. Below is the situation of the plants in our garden. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Methi: I just sowed seeds we get from Indian store a month ago. They sprouted fine, but many plants are dying. I have attached a picture.

Mirchi: Sowed Indian mirchi seeds, they sprouted fine, and got two leaves. But I am not seeing any growth. It has been a month since sowing.

Chikkudu: Plants have grown to 6 inches tall. But I am seeing browning on the edges (picture attached)

Can we use Dynamite Mater Magic Natural and Organic 8-5-5 for Indian vegetables? If yes, what is the best time to fertilize? Can we fertilize when the plants are really young?
