Transplanting Annual Seedlings

I have cleome, cosmos, thithonia big enough to plant out into the garden but I am not sure whether the temperatures are high enough.

I am in ABQ NM zone 6. The weather says at least for the next 7 days it will be between low 70's and low 80's, and 50-57 nighttime temp.

Since its the desert we tend to have more temp. extremes between day and night especially in the spring and fall.

So the sun during the day will be quite strong, but nights still a bit chilly

They have been hardened off sun wise for 2 weeks, setting them out everyday.

Should I start leaving them out at night before planting or just go for it.

I did notice a couple of cosmos sprouts in the garden from seeds that fell last year.
