The last couple of years I've been using wedding favor bags like the ones in the picture. I modify them a bit by turning the tops down so it is easier to enclose the flower/s and snug them up. The thing is you have to keep your eye on them, remove once you see a bean has formed and then mark with a ribbon or piece of twine.
