The model number you provided, this is a flat surface glass top electric range with radiant heat burners. You cannot open the top of this range to clean under the burners.

The number is taken from the placard on the front of the range,
and it is coil elements.

It doesn't open without some disassembly. Parts diagrams show the cooktop has two tabs at the front which anchor it to the chassis with screws that are probably under the control panel.
