My husband and I are in the first stages of considering downsizing. We are trying to decide to build or buy. I'm worried about finding a reputable builder. I have heard so many horror stories about building. I would love to hear from those who have used a builder and were satisfied and could recommend them to us. We are in the Canton Ohio area.
