My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

so here is where I put the ones in pots that get long, tall and lanky. Left to right: Pauly's Sunset, Kauka Wilder (Cstar), Cerise (never has bloomed), Wildfire, Waimea, J 40, JL Church Ruffles...

they were getting burned from a glass reflection from 2nd floor so that is why the umbrellas.
