My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hello amyfitz45, thank you for your compliment. The valance is made out of wood and custom painted for our client. The Interior Collection http://www.houzz.com/pro/jodimt/the-interior-collection can provide more detailed information on the artist who made it.
