This is the inside wall of my balcony ... Very dirty looking. No scrubbing will remove the stains of age. It's ugly and can be seen from my condo kitchen. I am allowed to paint it ... And any colour. I will go to a light beige .... But what paint should be used, to obtain good coverage, and get a couple of years out it??
