Hi, I just bought 5 Kentucky Pole Bean plants (not beans) actual plants. I had these last season, but planted late June or early July & didn't get a harvest until late August or early September. This year I want to get them going earlier. I was told they can be planted as early as April. I put them in our basement tonight, but don't want to plant too soon as to lose them. I am in Milwaukee, WI. Can anyone tell me if this is too early? Thanks.
