My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Sorry, I didn't see your question until today.

This Is a natural stone from a quarry near Kansas City. Interestingly a local company, Canyon Stone, actually made molds of the stone on this house and now produces a stone that is pretty awesome. Our 5739 utilizes the same stone on the exterior due to subdivision requirements. Then to same some structural costs,Canyon Stone was used on the columns and fireplaces in the interior. This home was toured by thousands of people and not one noticed any difference. This was partially achieved by having the stone mason install the Canyon Stone as well as the natural stone insuring that the joint work and lay all matched.

    I hope this all helped.
