Can you give us a picture of the damage?

there is nothing visible except a stalk……minus the leaves. Sometimes 1 leaf will disappear Next night another until they are gone. Sometimes all the leaves are gone and the stalk remains.

At first I thought it was my cat, you never know what will appeal to them in the garden, but for the past week he has been in every night and during the day they are put in the sun in a place he can't access. One of those garden mysteries.

I will probably never find out whats eating them. But what can I put on them to deter the bug?

look for slugs on the bottom of the tray ... and do go out at night with what i believe the brits would call.. a torch ... all mid evil .. lol ... how about just a flashlight .. lol ...

and maybe.. move the tray somewhere else in case the thing is hiding on that table...

cutworm will do the same.. but i never heard of them other than in mother earth.. unless that is what you used for the media ...
