What kind of wisteria were they supposed to be - e.g. Chinese, Japanese, American....? In the first picture you can see that the vine is twining counterclockwise (from the lower left to the upper right). That would usually indicate a Chinese wisteria. There isn't a clear view of the second one re twining around a piece of the support. Can you post another picture of that one if you can see a place where the twining direction shows clearly? The big, fat, fairly upright buds look, to me, more like the flower buds on a Japanese or American wisteria. Both those vines twine clockwise. The American wisteria are more likely to bloom at a young age than the Asian ones are - they usually take at least 5 years to bloom for the first time in spring. Of course, it is possible that you might have a hybrid of some sort, in which case twining direction wouldn't give a clear answer on the question of what type it is!

The big issue I see, though, is that the support structure is far too weak - those vines - no matter which ones they are - will mangle that trellis structure in no time flat!
