Spotting on leaves is an indication of erratic watering practices - allowing the tree to become too dry before watering again. Drainage is critical - if the soil has good drainage, you need to keep it evenly and consistently moist. Never too wet and not too dry.

I see. How do I remedy that? I water.. Very evenly all around where it's planted every two days, since it's been unseasonably hot and dry here hopefully the orange on the trunk isn't of concern.. Like I said, I think it's bc that area was under the ground line so long..

The leaf disfiguration doesn't happen immediately. The watering issues may have happened while it was still in the container and you are just now seeing evidence of it.
