Howdy everyone. I just installed a drip system in a raised 8ftx12ft veggie garden for my friend up here in BC, Canada. Her only water valve is literally 100ft+ away and in the garage. I should have used PVC but It was too expensive in Canada considering I'm just here on vacation.

Setup:

I'm using an Orbit 3-in-1 Faucet Adapter (20psi pressure regulator) to 110ft of 1/2in distribution tubing. I have 4 90's and the last 8ft is connected to the top of the garden with 4, 1/4in soaker hose runs (each about 11ft in length).

I also have a run of 1/4in distribution tubing with some 2gph drippers to potted plants but I put a valve on it so I could turn it off for the garden.

Problem:

Basically, the soaker hose sprays like a sprinkler the first few feet then slows to a trickle the rest of the length. I've tried swapping ends to make sure it wasn't busted hose or anything but I feel like my problem is probably not enough pressure considering how far my run is.

I think I need to swap the 20psi regulator with the recommended 25psi but will that extra 5psi make a huge difference?

What I was thinking of trying was T'ing the 1/2 at that corner where it climbs up the box and running along the front side (left side of this photo), doing a 90 and connecting the opposite end of the soaker hose into the 1/2 so it's getting water from both sides. Or I could 90 where I have my end cap (right side of photo) and 90 again to achieve the same thing, just without a T, I'm not sure which way is better.
