Leave it alone to grow strong this year.
It needs all trunks it can produce in order to grow roots.
Next Spring choose a trunk ,if you want a single trunk tree and remove the others.

Note:In TN it might be a problem to grow one trunk tree because it can get damaged during Winter,so a bush type is much better.

Thanks for the info, after I looked closer today the 3 shoots are coming off the trunk just below the soil.

Personally I would remove the fruit so that the plant can concentrate on growing and not producing fruit. Your pot looks very dry. How often do you
water and feed the plant?

If, i want to seedling from that fruit, do you think it is possible? waiting for that fruit for full breba and plant it from seed.
For watering i always do in the morning before the sunlight going to be hot (6-7 AM) and in the afternoon when the sun going to be set (5PM), and i use some spray for making some kind of mini rain.

It's possible, but if you let the tree grow some, before it carries fruit, you're going to get better fruit from which to collect seed. The plant also needs fertilizer and not just water.
