I need help replacing some flooring. We currently have carpet in living/dining area & vinyl in the kitchen. I hate the transition between the kitchen & dining rooms, because it lines up in the middle of 2 doorways. Would like wood in the living/dining room and something else in the kitchen, because it's a high-traffic area. How do I line up the transition between the 2 rooms?
