Stay away from the Chinese sourced, which is most of them. You can get already assembled for about the sme price as RTA. Just goto any place tht sells cabinets.

Barker's, Scherr's, and Conestoga from The Cabinet Joint are American made and the ones most recommended on the kitchen forum.

What is your price point? And do you intend to avoid particle board or MDF?

Have you investigated having a local cabinet maker build for you? When we couldn't locate anything we liked we asked one to provide a quote. Surprisingly it was comparable to stock cabinetry and included many custom features. All interiors are cabinet-grade plywood with solid wood front. Ours is actually 62" wide x 34" high - again custom fitting for our space and height preference.

Photos are included in the linked album. Hope this helps.

Is the granite giallo ornamental? Where did you get it?

fnmroberts - I love, love your vanity. You have so much storage that you just don't get in stock vanities. I must admit - I can't figure out how the drains fit into/around the shelves. Also, love the matching storage cabinet.

cataan - if you question about the granite name is for me, I don't recall. We were fortunate to locate ours as a remnant at a local granite fabricator.

tuesday_2008 - glad you like it. My DH drew the concept and the guy measured and made the drawer and shelf the correct height. Regarding the matching cabinet, originally the space was a linen closet with a bi-fold door that never let the space be fully utilized. And, the wire shelving was not adjustable. DH removed everything and opened to the full height. This cabinet just slid into the space. A HUGE improvement.
