Could you please tell me the height of the shelf off the counter, depth and thickness of shelf, height of the upper cabinet off the shelf? Are these 9' ceilings? Are the upper cabinets 42" tall? Thank you!

    It's been a few years, but I think the walnut shelves are 16" above the countertops. There is 10"-12" of space between the shelf and the cabinet. The upper cabinets are a custom height. Judging by the refrigerator picture, the ceilings are under 9' high, which makes the uppers 36-40" high, including crown.
