Appliance Selection for New Kitchen : Range vs. Range Top

Hello Houzzers - I am designing a kitchen for a new construction home. For me, the kitchen is the hub of the home and the largest room in this 4000 sq. ft. home. The kitchen is slated for 32' X 24'. I am trying to determine if I should use a Professional Range, 48" or a Professional Range top, with 2 wall ovens in the "back kitchen". The "back kitchen" is off of the main kitchen and is 8' X 19' and contains cabinetry holding microwave, sink, coffee bar, wine bar, a wall of dish pantry, and a separate enclosed food pantry. There is enough room in the back kitchen for the wall ovens. I personally do not like the look of wall ovens. So hiding them in the back kitchen is an option for me. I usually prefer a professional range. But, as always, I worry about resale, in this price range. I currently have a 48" Pro Range, and it contains 2 ovens. We recently had a showing, and the wife, viewing the home, fussed about bending over to use the oven. HOUZZERS, please tell me, is that a problem??? I honestly think she walked away from the house because she didn't want to "bend over". Then the couple discussed where they could install a wall oven.

I can design this kitchen either way. I would love to get ALL of your input to make this appealing to future buyers and work for us. My husband and I are avid chefs. We cook together, enjoy entertaining, and put our guest to work making drinking, tossing salads, and having fun. We never allow guests to clean up. HaHa.

Please give me your input. thanks
