My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Masdevallia spike

Hope I can manage to post my photo, having had beaucoup difficulty in the past. Just wanted to show a picture of my 3-year-old masdevallia which finally put out a spike! I'm wondering if it's unusual that it's about 14" long. (Showing it next to my gardenia just for scale.) Should open this weekend. (Wow, my photo showed up. Must be Chrome works better than Firefox.)
