It can't be an Avocado because it has palmate leaves, unlike Avos.

If the OP had said where they were located it would have helped narrow down the possibilities.

"It could be just a native invasive weed" is yet another example of how many folks don't understand what is meant by the term "invasive" as it is used in horticulture, etc. For the plant to be invasive, it is indeed necessary that it be a "weed", but since many folks dispute the meaning of that term, let's instead note that a native plant is never "invasive" ecologically speaking. Oh, it may be aggressive, it may have the ability to colonize a lot of land rapidly, but that's not at all the meaning behind "invasive" in this context. Invasives, or more fully, exotic invasive plant species are, by definition non-native, and the key point is they have the ability to outcompete native plant species or whole plant communities. I'm sure I'm boring half of you to death and perhaps angering the other half, but you know what...this area needs clarification. I've noticed many gardeners think that if a plant they happen to have in their garden is aggressive, that this is equivalent to its being invasive. It could be, but is not necessarily so, the two situations being quite different.
