Yes that looks pretty normal to me. If it starts to get black, like rotting out, it means blossom end rot.

Exactly. There's a difference between a random scar and a systemic problem. I took this pic just a few days ago and all the fruit are from the same plant, and no other plant has any such rot. If you only have a couple of bad toms, don't worry. If all are so, watch your fertilizer. In both cases, water in a very regular manner as erratic watering seems to exacerbate blossom end rot.
