Hi everyone. Hung on to that coconut tree for the longest time! We're safe. Although the eye of the storm didn't go over us, we got bashed to the max with 110 to 125 mph winds because it was extremely close and the radius might have been the size of Texas. Will still get lots and lots of rain and some winds from the outer radius of the storm for the next couple of days. I live on the northeast side so got hit harder than central and south.

Still no power and running water on our side. We have lots of stored water, and we cook with gas so we're okay. There are about a thousand people in shelters. Thank goodness FEMA got here a couple of days before the storm hit to provide needed assistance to those less fortunate.

Recharged my laptop and cell phone that I use to tether internet, but need to limit usage to last. So will catch up with you again later. Thank you very much for your kind concerns.
