GPM from 3/4 inch copper line

The water line that runs from the meter to my house is rigid,
¾ inch copper. After entering the house the ¾ inch copper pipe goes to a
pressure reducer and then goes out of the pressure reducer to a ½ inch rigid copper
pipe to the rest of the house. The pre-reducer and post reducer water pressure
is measured at 45 psi. All of the outdoor faucets are fed by the ½ inch copper
line. Will it give me more water (GPM) if I run a ¾ inch line off the main line
before it gets reduced to 1/2 inch, instead of feeding my irrigation lines with water from the ½ inch that feed the
rest of the house?

Thanks for any suggestions.
