It is hard for me to give advice from these two photos, but here is something I really want to share with you based on past experiences with design clients.

Please.... just a word of advice from a design professional. Please do not hire any plumbers, electricians, etc. to do any more work until you have the whole bathroom planned out including finishes, fixtures, floor plans, etc.

Also for resale value, I highly recommend finding space for a tub, even if it is only a soaker or claw foot. Although I am not a realtor, this is what I have heard over and over again from real estate professionals.

That should be fine considered there are other full baths in the house.

A open shower that doesn't need glass would be nice. I hate water spots. There are so many pics of them on this sight I'm sure you will see one you like.
