Brown Leopard spots on tomato leaves.

My tomato plants are about three feet tall now, and I just noticed that at least one of my Sungold plants has some yellowing leaves with dark brown leopard spots on the lower leaves. (See attached photo.) This spotting looks like the spotting I'm seeing on my potato plants that are in the raised bed next to my tomatoes. It's no biggy on the potatoes, as they're just about done, but I'm just getting started with my tomatoes. Is there a treatment I can do for the tomatoes, or should I yank them out and start over while it's still early in the season?
