If we knew what was growing in that pot last year, we might be able to make an educated guess. Otherwise, I'd say it would be exceptionally hard to make a prediction with any certainty at this point. Many young seedlings look pretty similar.

Caladium bulbs were in the pot last year and I assume they froze, no sign of the bulbs.

sunflowers or zinnias?

Was there a birdfeeder anywhere near the pots? Those look like sunflower seedlings to me.
