On the wall with the two seats, you could add a bench seat (baskets underneath to hide things) and pegs above if you are ok with items hanging as you walk in. On wall under window, you could add some cubbies for shoes. I would use a large rustic rug and add a farmhouse style hanging fixture and finally paint the interior of the door a great color.
