Your wallpaperer will advise you on the correct abount.

usually wallpaper is sold as double rolls, so you'll really have some extra. if this is heartbreakingly expensive and you are going to be hanging this as a newbie hanger, think twice. hire a professional who will spend a lot of time looking at the paper to decide where they want the pattern repeats to be and then hang it all in a blazing fury.

Your wall in square feet equals 135. A double roll covers 50 square feet. Wallpaper is priced per single roll but comes packed in doubles. I am a design associate in the wallpaper dept. at a high end home furnishings company & that's why I know this, not my opinion, it's really just math. Getting 6 rolls (3 doubles) will only give you 150 square feet, if it is a perfect world. With a 36" repeat you will have some waste. If you were my client I would say to get 8 single rolls (4 doubles). Just curious...what's the paper? How expensive is it? I could help you if you'd like. suellensilver...how? I'm not following your math. If the roll is 27"x30', then it covers 67.5 sqft, and a double would cover 135'. Of course, the wall isn't square, so I don't really feel like this is a valid way to calculate anyway. I'm just not sure where your 50 sqft came in.

The wallpaper is by Hygge & West. I was thinking 3 rolls would be enough as well and thankfully, it is sold in singles!
