I have my heart set on a smaller variety, tree form magnolia for a spot near the front of my house. I'd like one of the "little girl" magnolias like Ann, Jane, Bonnie, etc. but have been unsuccessful finding any at my local nurseries around Golden Valley and Plymouth.

Bachmans had signs up for them but had no idea when, if ever, they would get some in. They only have a few of the larger Butterflies and Leonard Messel and a shrub form of Royal Star. Same at Dundee.

Any recommendations for a garden center that is likely to carry a larger variety of small magnolias? I wouldn't mind making a trip outside the metro if I can find one of these at a decent size and price. Thank you!
