My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Wanted: Formosa Lily Seeds for Postage

I'd ordered some from the Monticello seed shop earlier this year - and had zero germination. :( Reluctant to re-order or request replacements as I'm afraid I'll have the same results.

Wondering if anyone might have some fresh seeds they'd be willing to share for postage.
