Looks like an old Kohler from about 20-25 years ago.

This was original sink for a house built in 1964 so it's about 50 years old.

ah... the sink in my first house had a raised faucet like that! It was a double sink in avocado!

Not much resale value. I'd donate.

Put it on the "Free" section of Craigslist. If you get someone to haul it away, consider yourself lucky.

If that's yellow and not almond, you might find someone special somewhere that would want to use it for a project. Where are you located? Connecting with someone half way across the country might prove logistically difficult, unless you investigate crating and shipping costs. It's not one of the more desirable vintage models, but it does have some 60's cool going for it, and keeping it alive has it's appeal. Intrinsic value though, would be it's weight x scrap iron price.

My best friend just re-did her kitchen, but kept the old sink. I think it still looks awesome.

OTOH it could be reused as a slop sink in the basement or as a garage or shed sink.

I'd just try eBay. Make sure you find out shipping costs and make the cost clear to potential bidders. I don't think you'll get much interest but you may get lucky. Or, yeah, Habitat Re-Store donations. Those sinks are horrid to work in, imho.

I do like the color. I think I'd keep it and install it in an outdoor potting counter.

I had a Kohler sink like that for about 25 years and really liked it at the time (until I got my amazing Silgranit sinks to replace). Nice and deep, middle sink was great for draining washed veggies. But porcelain wears out with time, so we donated it to Habitat for Humanity. Really heavy, would probably cost a lot to ship out of town.

When we remodeled the kitchen in our last home, our zoo was happy to take the original cast iron sink.

I'd be one thing if the pictured sink were pristine. Looks like some chew marks around the edges to me.

Agree Joseph, but pretty sure it's an under mount, or as we called them back then "tile in", those chew marks are likely where the tile, and probably lath, lipped over the edge. When I took my old Kohler out after 27 years buried under mud set ceramic tile, it looked the same way. Regardless, to the OP, I don't think it's worth much...

Thank you all for the feedback. Sink has very little wear visible. It is undermount and the metal ring for fastening to the countertop is also intact for reuse.

Oh my, I couldn't agree more with Springroz. I didn't have the exact same sink, but it was close enough. My old sink is the same Kohler sink that pattisue72 shows in her post. It was, BY FAR, the WORST thing in my old kitchen. It's actually what finally convinced my husband to remodel the kitchen because he got so sick of listening to me complain about it. I was so sick of getting soaking wet every single time I used that thing. Boggles my brain that someone would go through the expense and hassle of a kitchen remodel only to reuse that horrid sink.

Be happy if someone hauls it away for you without you having to pay.

I actually loved my 43" Kohler Trieste triple-bowl sink and considered reusing it when we replaced the tile with granite. It's been sitting in my side yard for the last year, because I've not been able to find anyone who will take it away. It never dawned on me to try and sell it.

Our bullet proof Kohler 43" triple sink still serves us. I respect the old girl, but she'll be replaced. The side compartments are too small for many trays and pots, and the central disposer area is a waste of space (for us, as we are not frequent users of disposals.) The glossy finish on the interior bowls' enamel is long gone, after 50 years of use. I don't think we'll miss it. When we remodel, however, she'll get one final polish before going off to the ReStore, to see if she can start a new life with someone else...you never know.
