Help with open floor plan and color

We are remodeling our home to have an open floor plan. So my kitchen will be fully open and visible to the dining, living and family room. We will have crown molding, wainscoting and built ins throughout. I want those to all be clean, crisp so I have been picturing those to be white. I also want to have a white kitchen...light countertops, white cabinets, white subway tile backsplash and a huge island with espresso colored base cabinetry.

My dilemma is I have fallen in love with Taj Mahal Quartzite for my island and countertop stone. For those that don't know, Taj Mahal is NOT a true white like marble, it's more of a cream, off white hue. So I am afraid to use really white cabinets and subway tile with it. But If I go a bit more off white, cream tone on my cabinetry and subway tile...would it look bad against the white wainscoting, molding, built ins found on the rest of the open floor plan? Please advise! I really appreciate your ideas! Thanks!
