Aeschynanthus problem...

Just noticed while I repotted my lipsticks to go together, on some of the leaves there is this weird Grayish brownish blotching.... I noticed it when I bought it in March but I just figured it was because it was in Home depots care. However, now it's appearing on the new growth.

It's being kept at a 15 degree angle from a South window so it gets lots of bright indirect light with some (less then an hour) of sun set light. I've been allowing it to dry between waterings as it was in a temporary pot that had no drainage hole, but now since I potted it in a new pot with one, I've been trying to keep it slightly moist. I used Cactus soil to repot it in.... Don't know if that was the best but yeah.

What's causing this?
