My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I love hummingbirds, and my wife and I use natural vegetation to attract them. I don't get a large number of them, but we have one that's rather persistent and seems to 'control' this flower bush in the backyard.

He appears to be sticking his tongue out at me.
