Weed or not?

This was EVERYWWHERE in one of my beds, but I either got it all or it is waiting for the Sun, as am I. But it is now in some of the other beds. What is it?

    I don't know if those are mulberry saplings, but think they might be. Regardless, if they are popping up everywhere with little or no encouragement from you, they are bound to be weeds. The plants we actually desire to have growing generally don't reward us by popping up all over....only the weeds do that, or at least that is what I have found at our place.
