Thank you for the compliments! The room aesthetics were pulled together by an interior designer - Karen Kempf of Karen Kempf Interiors. She used slate for the floor tile, selected the furniture style vanity, the brushed nickel Moen faucet and Kichler light fixture, the Kohler plumbing fixtures and Moen Bath hardware. The countertop is soapstone.

As professional remodelers, we did this turn-key (everything from demo to final paint). The room was gutted before installing new plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile floor, trim, fixtures, etc. Sorry to say, but the materials alone were more than you are hoping to spend, and the full project was about 4X that.
