Thank you! I wish mine was as red as yours is though! Mine always seem to have dark pinkish blooms instead of true red. Your Neil Diamond is beautiful!

Charlene, the description of NEIL DIAMOND in the Weeks catalog, and on HMF, calls it a "pink blend, with deep pink and white stripes." Mine last yr was a bit more on the red side, but I imagine it depends on climate how much the deep pink shades to red.

That would definitely explain it, lol! I guess I should have read the description when I purchased it instead of just going by the picture. It's still a beautiful rose though! Thank you for pointing this out, Beth! I can stop waiting for those red stripes now...

Beautiful! I was going to get either Neil Diamond, Scentimental or Rock and Roll this year. Since I came across Scentimental, I got it instead. They all look very similar to me based on the flowers except Neil Diamond looks more high centered. Maybe I will get all three of them and plant them together to see if there is a difference.

Seil, I have a friend with that same pink pot! She used it for Carlin's Rhythm, because the rose has the same pink color.

Neil Diamond is definitely handsome! Beautiful flower and scent. Can't ask for more than that! I can't wait to see mine blooms. I am glad that I planted 3 bushes this spring.
