Your hallway looks a bit wide - how wide is it? Is it near the front door?

All depends how you plan to use this space. Landing strip for keys and purse/briefcase? - if yes, high table. Sitting for removing boots and shoes? - if yes, bench. You actually have room for both. A tall mirror may be useful also, for a last minute check before you go out the door.

I don't think you need anything there.

A nice bookcase, maybe combined with a chair or two, would be useful and attractive.

If you have the lights on a lot, I might put a long low bench with house plants on there. Otherwise, I don't mind it as it is.

It's a nice spot for wallpaper.

Possibly even an upholstered bench....
