boxwood disease

Hello- I have a few boxwoods that have some dead branches/areas. I've never seen this before with boxwood shrubs. I've always had good luck with very healthy shrubs. I hate to loose them. Does anyone know what disease they may have or maybe a bug issue? I know we had two bad winters in row here in north east Indiana.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
