For those who have rosa rugosa growing everywhere, forgive my need to propagate some for my home. We have a large property and I'm doing it to make more from 3 plants my dad gave me from his garden. I have a few that are 2 weeks old that look like they're rooting, but have had some that go super yellow and die. Any tricks for this? I've been successful propagating other plants like hydrangea and catmint, but the rosa rugosa seems trickier. The hedge will be the back of my yard where lots of deer browse and they don't go near the rugosa.
