My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Did you build on top of the existing foundation?

Did you end up modifying the foundation of the original house? What was the square footage of the original house and what is it for the finished project? Thanks!

    Hello. Thank you for your question and interest in our work. The existing footings and foundation were evaluated and determined to be sufficient to support the second floor. Therefore, no modification was required. The finished house is north of 2,500 sf - we added about 45% to the original area plus several outdoor spaces. Thanks again.
