Josephine - Putting on a show

I've had this clematis for about 3 full seasons and it never disappoints. It is full of blooms so I guess our very cold winter didn't have a negative affect on it. The trellis it is on is only about 4 ft. I have several clematis but Josephine is always the first to start off the season.

Beautiful! Mine is in its second year. It has climbed up probably 10 feet and has lots of pretty green leaves, but no blooms.

Odd that your not getting any blooms. This one has bloomed each year and this was the first year that I didn't cut it back all the way. Just pruned it back. Maybe your weather?
