What's your zone? Arizona sun or Minnesota sun? It shouldn't be going flaccid and you may have simply disturbed the roots too much. Plants from big box stores are rarely healthy enough to jump right out into the sun: they don't have the roots and vascular system to support it. Put your plant in fewer hours of sun, partial shade throughout the day and over the next month gradually work it out into the sun more and more.

Did you slowly acclimate them to full Sun? It may be just them getting used to their new pot/soil. Give them more time.

I think they are better now, tops are slowly turning red and there is a new pitcher growing, so it may be because of change of environment. Thank you!
