It looks like Washingtonia robusta. I can't believe it's 10 years old! I have one that's 11 years old in the ground that's nearing 20 feet. Amazing! Great job keeping it so long in a pot.

Yes, it is growing in my chicago suburb south-west corner office for the past 10 years,watered once a week.Now i bought house in south-west florida and i'm thinking about takin her ovethere.

Josue is right! They are very fast growing palms usually, it is really cool that you have managed to keep it so healthy for so long at that height. it looks great! It will be completely care free in SW florida. I would report it first and keep it sheltered from wind and under a shady tree until the cooler weather returns in Fall. The fronds may get damaged from wind and sun if they have spent their life indoors so keeping it sheltered is important until it grows a few outdoor fronds. Once it has some new fronds you can. Gradually move it to part sun and then - if you want - full sun by mid october and when the weather cools down in November it should have adjusted enough to plant in the ground.

The summer heat in Florida would be way too intense for a palm that's used to being indoors to be planted right away. Washingtonias are cheap and easy to find in Florida, but I think that one is worth keeping for the sentimental value and to see if keeping it in a pot for so long may have benefited its overall size by keeping it smaller.
